Shipping policy

At Mona Ritual, we want you to receive your order as quickly as possible — because we know that once you've made the decision, you don't want to be kept waiting.

Order processing

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 working hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date your order is dispatched, not the date it is placed.

Order tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing:

  • your tracking number
  • a direct link to the carrier's website
  • your estimated delivery date

You can also track all of your orders from your customer account on mona-ritual.com.

Delivery problems

Parcel not received within the estimated timeframe. Please check your tracking first. If your parcel still hasn't arrived 7 days after the estimated delivery date, email us at support@mona-ritual.com with your order number — we'll take it from there and deal with the carrier on your behalf.

Parcel damaged on arrival. Refuse the delivery if you are able to, or take photographs of both the packaging and the contents. Send them to support@mona-ritual.com within 48 hours of receipt and we will send you a replacement at no cost.

Incorrect delivery address. You have 2 hours after placing your order to email us and correct your address. After that, your order will already be in preparation and can no longer be amended.

Deliveries outside the United Kingdom

For any order outside the United Kingdom, please contact us directly at support@mona-ritual.com before placing it. We review each request on a case-by-case basis.

Please note: for deliveries outside the United Kingdom, customs duties and local taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.
